Gifts for the poor (29/01/2010)
 

Quang Ngai Provincial People’s Committee (PPC) has just assigned an amount of 3 billion VND to buy gifts for the poor in the upcoming traditional New Year (Tet).

 

41,000 households from provincial rural, remote ethnic minority groups are to be assisted bulks of cooking products.

 

The Vietnam Fatherland Front of Quang Ngai Province will also assist 5000 presents (worth VND 300,000 to 500,000 per each) to Ketsana victims in lowland districts and 2,666 others to the poor in upland districts.

 

The supports are to be closed before Feb.10
