Quang Ngai to build 276 classrooms and 131 boarding-houses  (29/06/2009)
 

Quang Ngai Government schedules in 2009 to build 276 classrooms and 131 houses for teachers throughout the province, a source from Department of Education and Teaching (DoET) said.

 

The construction is to start in August 2009, DoET said.

 

In 2008, 312 classrooms were built throughout the province with total cost of over 77 billion dong ($ 4.3 million), according to DoET.

 

Reportedly, Quang Ngai - one of among provinces enjoying Vietnamese Government project of upgrading and building schools, boarding-houses for teachers and pupils in remote-rural upland areas in the period 2008-2012 – is supported to construct 2,224 schoolrooms and 537 boarding-houses.
