 Quang Ngai: VND 15 bln dyke constructed (05/06/2009)

The Saphia International Joint Stock Company has just built a dyke to prevent landslide in Ve River, Duc Loi Commune, Mo Duc district, Quang Ngai province.

 

Capitalized at VND 15 billion, the 820 m long 10 m high dyke is expected to protect Ve rive from erosion and ensure flood drainage.

 

The construction is said to complete before the 2009 rainy season.

 

As planned, the investor will construct schools, traffic roads for Mo Duc district, where it is approved to develop project of gathering salt-effected sand in Lo Estuary for export.

 

Reportedly, the Company shipped thousand cubic meters of sands to Singapore early the year.
