VVOB to donate 3.8 billion dong for secondary education in Quang Ngai (19/05/2009)
 

Quang Ngai Government has just approved project to improve the quality of secondary education donated by VVOB (Flemish Association for Development, Cooperation and Technical Assistance), a Belgian non-profit organization.

The 4 billion dong project, of which VVOB is to finance 3.8 billion dong, is undertaken by Pham Van Dong University.

The project, expected to close by 2010, shall focus on improving the educational management competencies at provincial, district and school level to guide the active teaching and learning change processes.
