Plan to build an Eco-tourist resort in Khe Hai Beach, Dung Quat Economic Zone (DQEZ) has been recently revealed by DQEZ Authority.
The zone is to cover an area of 45 ha in Binh Thanh commune, Binh Son district, which is bordered by Dung Quat-Chu Lai-Ky Ha route to the South, and Thien Dang Resort to the West.
The project is expected to provide multi-function services for the sake of living and entertainment of thousands of experts and workers in Dung Quat Economic Zone.
Reportedly, in the zone, Ho Chi Minh City-based Thien Dang Co., Ldt, H is currently building Thien Dang Resort with total investment capital of 300 billion VND on an area of 250 ha & 2 km seaside, and scheduled to be put into operation by 2010.
