A framework deal has been reached by and between Dung Quat Refinery Project Management Board (DQPMB) and Drilling Mud Corporation (DMC) regarding provision of chemical materials and technical services for this Vietnam’s first ever oil refinery which is scheduled to run its commercial operation some time by February 2009.
As the signed agreement goes, DMC shall supply various chemicals such as: Acid, Alkali, Amin, Polymer, other additives required for manufacturing process and operation of Dung Quat Refinery.
The techinal services which DMC is bound to supply, according to the said deal, include water treatment, environment pollution resistance.
