Quang Ngai Governemnt has just approved a plan to improve provincial local Health Stations to 2010 with total fund of around 127 billion dong ($7.7 million), a source from Quang Ngai PPC office said.
The plan aims at developing medical equipments as well as infrastructures, and training professional skills for local health workers.
The plan also covers some programs of vaccinating for around 100% children under 1 year old, reducing ratio of malnourished children to 20% and percentage of dead children under 1 year old to 25%.
