Quang Ngai Provincial Conferderation of Labour has successfully concluded its Congress XI yesterday 29 July 2008, opening another 5-year term 2008-2013.
Quang Ngai Provincial Conferderation of Labour is a member of Vietnam General Conferderation of Labour among with other 63 members, each in a province, working as a socio-politic organization of the working class and the labouring people, in cooperation with government agencies, economic and social entities, taking care of and safeguard the rights and interests of cadres, workers, employees and other labouring people; participating in the Province’s administration and social management, in the control and supervision of the provincial agencies, economic and social entities; educating cadres, workers, employees and other labouring people.
The Congress reviewed the operation of the organization in the last term and approved its orientation action plans for the next term of 2008-2013.
An Executive Committee of 33 members has been elected by the Congress; and Mr. Nguyen Duy Nhan, Ex-Chairman of Son Tinh District People’s Committee, has been chosen by this executive board as the President for the new term.
