The two world-leading banks of JIBIC and WB have recently undertaken to finance US$ 1.1 billion for project of Da Nang-Dung Quat Highway, Deputy-Minister of the Ministry of Transportation (MoT) Tran Doan Tho recently said.
The project was under procedure to call for investment, MoT said.
Vietnamese PM Nguyen Tan Dung in his recent meeting with Da Nang and Quang Ngai authorities said that the Central Government should push up capital mobilization and formalities to start construction soon.
