Quang Ngai Province is one of 13 provinces benefiting from the project of 1000 houses for the poor, who were seriously damaged by storms and floods in 2007.
The project donated by Vietnam Red Cross (VRC) with total fund of USD 1.2 million is being developed in Central Vietnamese Provinces of Hoa Binh, Son La, Thanh Hoa, Nghe An, Ha Tinh, Quang Binh, Quang Tri, Hue, Da Nang, Quang Nam, Quang Ngai, Binh Dinh and Phu Yen.
VCR said to have pushed up the construction finishing late August 2008 before this coming rainy season.
