Quang Ngai leader met with VPEG senior |
Vietnam Provincial Environmental Governance (VPEG) Project Executive Manager Robert Ferrari just met with Quang Ngai Provincial People’s Committee Vice-chairman Truong Ngoc Nhi about the implementation of this project in the province.
Quang Ngai is among the nine provinces covered by this $ 15 million VPEG Project funded by Canadian International Development Agency (CIDA).
The purpose of the project is to build the capacity of MONRE, other related ministries and provincial departments of natural resources and environment to effectively manage industrial pollution, reducing the environmental costs of Vietnam’s industrialization.
Project Executive Manager Robert Ferrari congratulated Quang Ngai’s involvement in this project and appreciated the province’s strong commitment to the implementation of the project.
