Dept. of Culture, Sport and Tourism recently said it had welcomed over 120,000 tourists to Quang Ngai for the first six months of the year, profiting 60 billion dong, a y-o-y increase of 15%.
Of 120,000 visitors, 8000 were foreigners, contributing US$ 400,000 to the local budget.
Reportedly, in 2008 Quang Ngai targets to reach 150 billion dong from tourism.
This 130 km coastline central province with 46 high-class hotels and departments, of which 1-4 star and 3–3 start hotels, has making efforts in being wonderful destination for visitors.
