Quang Ngai-seriously hit by the first storm in the year named Neoguri -has just been allocated 2 billion dong sourced from the Central Government Budget for assisting damaged fishermen, as directed by Vietnamese PM Nguyen Tan Dung, quoted by Chinh Phu Website.
The storm attacked Quang Ngai in April, leaving at least 13 missing and property damage estimated at around 9 billion dong.
