Dung Quat High-Grade Welder Training Centre has just held the commencement for 120 high-grade welders who had completed a 3-month intensive training course in welding technology.
This was among a serries of training courses conducted by the Centre with funding support and technical assistance from Technip Consortium (General Contractor of Dung Quat Refinery Project) through Apave Company. All the training curricula and instructors were provided by the company.
Almost all the trainees have been employed by project owners in Dung Quat Economic Zone (DQEZ), such as Quang Ngai PTSC, Doosan Heavy Industry, Dung Quat Shipyard, and Dung Quat Refinery.
Also on this occasion, the Centre has opened a new course for other 120 trainees, divided into 4 classes majored in welding technology.
