Quang Ngai Government in a bid to attract investment has planned to spend VND 102 billion ($ 6.3 million) on developing infrastructure in the two provincial Industrial Zones (IZs) of Tinh Phong and Quang Phu, a source from Quang Ngai Provincial People’s Committee office said.
The amount, VND 32 billion for Quang Phu and VND 70 billion for Tinh Phong, will be invested in building waste water treatment systems, technical infrastructure and land acquisition.
Reportedly, the two IZs have to date attracted 70 projects with total invested capital of VND 1,500 billion. Those are under operation and development creating 16,000 jobs for local labours.
