Dung Quat Garment Factory, a subsidiary of Da Nang Textile and Garment Imex Company that is based in Dung Quat Economic Zone, has reached its revenues of over VND 16 billion for the first 9 months of 2007.
The factory’s main products include ready-made trousers and jackets for export. Over 1 million pieces of product has been so far made and exported since the beginning of the year, mostly to the USA and EU.
The factory expects to achieve a revenue of VND 30 billion this year.
At the moment, the factory management has employed over 1,200 workers, whose average monthly pay ranges around VND 1 million a person.
