That is a “key address” by a provincial government leader in a conference recently held by the Provincial Tax Authority.
This “loud talk” is well backed by the aprupt soar in the provincial incomings last year (over VND 1000 billion for the first time) that made the province full membership of “VND 1000 Billion Club,” and laid the launching pad for Quang Ngai’s economy this year to take off.
The official statistical figures released in the recently held half-yearly regular meeting about the provincial revenue for the first half of the year of over VND 600 billion and the GDP growth rate at 11.3% seems to boster the leader’s pep talk.
However, one can learn for sure that only the reality by the end of the year may talk “louder” than that leader.
