To deal with overabundance of paperwork in the government system at all levels throughout the province, Quang Ngai Government recently issued a Directive No. 20/2006/CT-UBND dated 01 November 2006 promoting Informatics Technology (IT) application in office work, developing intranets, local area network (LAN), and utilizing internet for the sake of better efficiency in administrative procedures and formalities.
This issue may be seen as a positive action potentially bringing good effects on the country's administration reform which has been launched for years with little efficiency in return.
