Implement the Decision no 134/2004/QD-TTg dated on July 20, 2004 of Prime Minister on some policies on supporting producing land, using land and running water for poor ethnic minority’s houses, Quangngai PPC guides provincial Ethnic Board to coordinate with all concerned departments, people’s committee of highland and lowland having mountainous communes on investigating the quantity of poor ethnic minority’s houses and building proposal on supporting producing land, using land and running water for poor ethnic minority’s houses
According to investigation, the number of poor houses inheriting policy on highland area, kaingin producing land need and using land are 18.400 houses, 9.200 ha and 195 ha respectively. The total capital enquired for implementing Decision no. 134/2004/QD-TTg of Prime Minister for Quangngai province is VND 279.695 million, particularly the capital for:
+ Producing land and using land: VND 46.975 million
+ Houses: VND 91.200 million
+ Solution of houses lacking of running water: VND 5.520 million
+ Project for supplying running water: VND136 billion. The capital for implementing plan in the year of 2004 for 1900 houses is VND136.810 million and 2005 for 9.400 houses is VND142.885 million
