In 2003-2004 school year, the time when the new educational methods have been implemented, and the key school year to fulfil the 5 – year plan of 2001 – 2005, the educational sector has gained many significant achievements and the pupil’s comprehensive educational quality has been reinforced. The annual graduated pupil numbers at all levels have been increased, even the excellent and good ones.
Educating moral virtues and wholesome lifestyle has been attached special importance to. Most of the pupils have not violated moral and lifestyle regulations. The educational sector at all levels have frequently held drug and social evils prevention competitions, and effectively promoted many propaganda activities about the Party and the Government’s regulations and policies. As a result, most of the pupils have been obedient and complied with their school’s regulations.
Besides, the physical education has been increasingly forwarded. The educational sector has frequently organized gymnastic and sport competitions and actively participated in the annual Phu Dong sport competition and gained good results.

Parallel with ensuring the educational quality on a large scale, fostering for pupils participating in the national excellent pupil competition has been paid attention to. In 2003 – 2004 school year, 45 pupils were recognized as the national excellent pupils, accouting 50% of the participating ones.
