POWER, POST AND TELECOMMUNICATION

Today, the National Grid have reached 137 out of all 179 communes in the province, sufficiently supplying electricity for production and everyday life activities of local people. In addition, in Quangngai town and island district of Lyson there are also power stations generated by diezel.

The post and telecommunication network in Quangngai has also been in the process of modernisation. Many modern work has been erected notably prominent out of which are 2000 line Starex-IMS telephone exchange, the optic cable network, 11,000 line digital NEAX-61E telephone exchange. About 65 post offices have been set up in communes throughout the province, telephone services are available for all communes.
